Description

On mobile the action labels are suppressed due to spacing for example, but this makes it harder to tell exactly what input does what as your only hint is the placeholder, but if there's content in the input the placeholder isn't visible anymore. Consider a 2line setup or maybe some sort of tooltip behavior for mobile view.

Labels will just no longer hide and always be visible. Now done for Actions already. Locations will be same once redone.
