Improve linking to check attachment headers
Description
Currently attachment headers are not scanned. If the URL doesn't have an extension it does a DOM parse. It should first check headers for attachment before doing that.

This still won't work with every attachment header usage since some have referrer checks, but now works with several URLs (e.g. even CB Gallery media URLs) that use attachment headers.
