Activity: performing modal window actions on media causes an activity stream form submit
Description
This includes deleting, unpublishing, edit then cancel to go back, etc.. This might be a CB Activity bug with CB Activity acting on menu items it shouldn't.

This only happens if you upload then immediately interact with the new entries modal window and it's due to the location behavior in CB Gallery using the current location which is the JSON endpoint of the activity entry saving. So location behavior needs improved when constructing galleries for streams.
