Description

The "uploads" folder is only meant for self-access and hidden-access via activity. It's not meant to be actually displayed. Exclude it from "all" asset behavior to prevent all media gallery from displaying upload media. Will need to do the same for future "pm.%" usage as well since "pm.MESSAGE_ID" will be private message attachments.
