System Actions: GJ integration activity isn't properly storing published state
Description
The published state for events, wall, etc.. integrations needs to be set so events pending approval for example won't display. In fact it should just not store this activity at all until approved.

- Status changed from Assigned to Resolved
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
This is actually just an issue with the published handling in the activity auto action not dealing with -1 published states correctly. It will now handle these fine and they will now be unpublished correctly.
