Replace attachments feature with inline links
Description
Remove using the link button to share links. Just automatically parse links in a post and turn them into attachments. This is a lot more user friendly and removes confusion for the user.

In other words called Rich Media. This needs to support parsing for structure data, open graph metadata, and twitter metadata as well. Should use custom parsing behavior only where needed.
