This will allow using File upload behavior to override photo/video behavior. For example allowing raw photo uploads if needed.

Implemented support for File uploads overloading. If for example "jpg" is supplied as a File extension then File upload behavior will take over instead of Photos upload behavior. This allows having an image type for example be lossless with raw upload where image clarity is strictly important.
