Description

Many features are locked behind ACL parameters that don't quite make sense to be ACL parameters. Replace most/all of these with permissions instead. For example creating activity should be a permission and not an ACL parameter, etc..

For CB Activity 6.0.0 leave this as is. This will wait for standalone release and not be in a CB release.
