Timed content is applying offsetting
Description
When selecting Start/End date they're being user UTC offset before save. These need to be ABSOLUTE. Meaning NO offset. The calculations should be based off EXACTLY what is selected otherwise you end up with constant bugs when trying to set the end/start time for daily repeat usage for example.
