This would be similar to the connections only check except only allows commenting if the viewing user is following the primary asset of the comment stream. If the comment stream asset is an activity.ACTIVITY_ID asset then it must check the stream asset for that activity.

In addition to this instead of just Yes/No add support for pulling the Yes/No value from a CB field to allow profile control over this setting. Extend this functionality to the connections parameter as well.
