Registration: implement saveSafely failsafes
Description
Several Joomla columns don't allow NULL. Implement the same saveSafely failsafes for them.
Also implement support for randomized usernames (leave the parameter empty).
Additionally fix registration emails not sending passwords when the password is randomized.
