Implement stored ActivityEntity and NotificationEntity usage
Description
Currently these are dynamic and used exclusively for logging activity and notifications. Instead implement storage for them. The storage would let admins configure how a post is made or who a notification is sent to. Next using these stored rows generate an page that lets users toggle on/off activity and on/off notifications. This gets rid of the reliance on profile fields for this behavior and entirely automates generating of such pages.
