Description

Currently the Activity profile tab is verified for access for all profile activity. Tab and Field access checks should be entirely skipped if the tab or field doesn't exist or is unpublished. Only verify their need for access checking if they're actually in use. This allows safely unpublishing the Activity profile tab should someone not want it.
