Description

When clicking a hashtag it clicks over to a different stream to filter it. Implement support for clicking a hashtag to filter the current stream IF hashtag searching is enabled.

To support this add the option to select Current Stream for hashtag links.

This would only be applicable to streams directly and cannot be set globally as globally there isn't a steam to reference.

A better solution is to extend the Filter By Hashtag to intercept hashtag link clicks and apply them as a filter instead. This would be default off and be per-stream.
