Implement support for disabling post editing
Description
This should be supported for activity and comments. Also add support for edit timeframe to only allow edits within a given timeframe.

This should provide 4 new parameters.
1. Edit = toggles edit on/off
2. Edit Access = specify who can edit their posts (does not grant editing outside of self)
3. Edit Timeframe = restricts the timeframe of which a post can be edited (e.g. +1 DAY means a 1 day period that a post can be edited)
4. Edit Approval = triggers re-approval if edited
