Improve accessibility by removing btn-sm and text-small where not really necessary
Description
Any buttons or links that require interactivity need to be slightly larger than a finger press otherwise they're unusable on mobile. This means removing a large amount of the btn-sm usages which cause buttons to be too small. In addition to this remove text-small for a large amount of views as it's not necessary to make text harder to read in 99% of cases.
