Description

This should also support sending notification digests. Basically optional (field based or yes/no toggle) Daily, Weekly, or Monthly digests. These would notify users that they've unread notifications. For speed sake this should support 2 modes. Personalized and Non-Personalized. Personalized will send a unique email per user. Non-Personalized will quickly and efficiently send as a bulk BCC email. Notification Read table will also need to keep track of the last date they were notified and is easily done with a fast bulk id update query.
