Implement support for marking a activity post comment as an answer
Description
This should apply if the activity post has the question Flair. Probably should have a special parameter for this so any flair can act as a question. When an activity post has a comment marked as the answer it should be displayed at the top of the comments (in addition to where it normally would display). This would allow a stream to truly function as a Question + Answer system. A post should only be allowed to have 1 answer comment and marking a second comment should unmark the first.
