Description

This would allow access inheritance from external content. For example when an activity entry is created for an article its access can be set into the activity entry allowing the activity entry to properly hide itself during querying. Right now this has to be done during server side aggregation and isn't ideal. If there's no object to inherit access from it should just inherit from the stream it's being posted to.

Effectively works the same as CB Gallery. Passes access state through to activity, comments, and notifications. This substantially reduces the strain on server side aggregation and lets the database handle it.
