Implement support for category in article activity
Description
This should support linked and non-linked category as well as parent category display. It should render as follows.
No Category: published a new article
Category: published a new article in CATEGORY
Parent Category: published a new article in CATEGORY of CATEGORY
This should respect the category and parent display parameters in individual articles and global article params.
