This should be same as CB Gallery and let you select a view access level with moderator permissions for the stream.

The idea, just like with CB Gallery, is to allow moderation without granting someone full CB Moderator global permissions.

Once this plugin is converted to a Joomla extension this will just be changed into a Joomla permission, but for now this will be a simple yet useful solution.
