Ok, after going through the entire process, I would like to propose the following instruction set:

Note:
In order for this plugin to interface with the CB login module, the CB Plugins integration: parameter of the CB Login module must be set to Yes.

Application
To begin developing your facebook application to connect with your www.mysite.com CB website, you first must go to http://www.facebook.com/developers/.

1. Click Set Up New Application
   2. In 'Essential Information' area complete Application Name (e.g., Community Builder FBC for www.mysite.com) and Agree to Facebook terms and then click on 'Create Application' button.
   3. Click on the Canvas link on the left column (under Basic, Authentication, Profiles links).
   4. Complete the following
         1. Canvas Callback URL (e.g. http://www.mysite.com/)
         2. Canvas Page URL (up to 20 chars -no digits allowed: e.g., cbfbc_mysite.com)
   5. Click Connect
   6. Complete the following
         1. Connect URL (e.g. http://www.mysite.com/)
   7. Click Save
   8. Copy API Key and Application Secret to their respective locations
