Just need to add that once you login the module suffix works. Logout and then it does not work again

Anyway, in the CB Login Module --- if I turn "CB Plugin Integration" so that it is ON when the page is built I am losing the module suffix for the module. In the case of Milky Way the suffix is "_menu"

What I have tried so far.

Turn Integration Off -- Module Suffix Works Fine
Turn Integration On / CB Captcha Plugin Not Published --- Module Suffix Works Fine
Turn Integration On / CB Captcha Plugin Published --- Module Suffix does not work

I have done a clean install and followed the new install instructions to the letter. Nothing else was altered by way of settings.
