Forgot Login: asking for username also when login with email only
Description
As reported by asgeir here:

When a member forgets his password and we are using email as login field type, the link "Forgot login?" loads a page where the member is asked to enter his/her username AND email adress.. This will be impossible for the user to understand since the user dont have a username (in the mind of the user, there has never been a username connected to his/her account, only emailadress).
