image upload error for photos integration is too generic

Description
The photo integration always displays "Image not specified!" if an image upload fails. This is due to order of IF checks. Minor issue that won't affect functionality of integration, but if an error occurs it's not very informative.

Another similar bug present is editing of photos is not possible without validation error or loss of image. Re-opening and removing patch for additional fixing.
