Description

All API to be removed until release of 2.0 where a new model will be prepared to use Kunena 2.0 API. Stability is not present enough to continue what API usage is available for Kunena 1.6.

In addition to this all models need implementation of a sync function to ensure users are in sync before a moderator is added or the user will fail to become a proper moderator.
