Description

Would good to have a feature to send notifications to ending users of an event. Would function in same manner as other message features and all restrictions apply that Group Message has except also include event owner. Feature needs to be optional from backend so can be disabled if necessary.

Implemented in r1699

Only users actually attending the event can receive a message. Those that are "Maybe" or "Not" will not receive a message. Uses same editor and captcha settings as the Events integration in general. Is completely optional and can be disabled from GJ configuration.
