Notification name substitution not providing correct URL
Description
When substitution is used for linked name the URL is not correct.
https://www.joomlapolis.com/forum/240-potential-bugs/162868-user-join-notification?limit=6&start=6
Will need to construct the name substitution differently or something of the sort to ensure the correct URL is supplied.
