Description

Currently it's possible to disable unsubscribe buttons globally, but not on a plan by plan basis. Some plans don't make sense to unsubscribe from. For example the admin may want a user to be required to be a part of a free lifetime plan and it makes no sense to be allowed to unsubscribe from it.

Additionally review adding a view access level to this so unsubscribe can be limited to specific access (e.g. moderators only).

Implemented in MR !318

Under Workflows users will be able to select plans unsubscribe behavior per-plan. Defaults to Same as Global.
