Description

When all the fields of a tab are hidden the tab is still visible. The tab should hide. This should also function for Steps in Registration, but step names could display weird.

Very complicated to implement, but is now completed. Steps will dynamically disable if empty and will re-arrange the next/previous/register button as necessary. Tabs in profile edit will dynamically show/hide themselves if empty.
