non-confirmed or approved registrations attempting login
Description
Registrations that aren't confirmed or approved shouldn't bother trying to login. Should simply redirect with position message (not error).

- % Done changed from 0 to 100
It will now redirect back to previous location with whatever registration messages activateUser function outputs if the user is blocked (due to unconfirmed or unapproved).
