Progess field with forced edit does not respect CBSubs field protection
Description

It looks like CB Progress field with forced edit enabled (with or without CB Triggers published) does not respect a hidden file field (configured for other cb plan but required). Forced edit will show a file field needs to be completed message but there is no file field to complete (since CBSubs has it hidden).
Turning off forced edit resolved the problem as no message is displayed during normal CB Profile edit.
