events with WYSIWYG breaks calender
Description
When using WYSIWYG editor with the events integration it breaks the pop-up calender resulting in items disappearing and the calendar closing prematurely.

The index on the calendar pop up also needs to be increased to avoid display issues on some templates that are setting an index. Index should be likely no less than 20.

- % Done changed from 50 to 100
Reverted back to 3 drop-downs for date then added a new input for time with a timepicker (it's an input/dropdown combo) and is now much more user friendly and less prone to bugs.
