Change default substitution user to author rather then user viewing
Description
When using substitutions in articles it's based off the viewing user rather then the user who owns the article. By doing this it makes it impossible to substitute fields in for the author of the article wherein it's quite easy to substitute in for viewing user by using user="#me".

Implemented parameter to allow selection of Viewer or Author as the user. Default to Viewer to keep backwards compatibility.
