When setting tab conditions display modes to enabled/disabled they're not functioning.

  • Target version set to 1.3.1

Confirmed, even with Registration set to Disabled it still functioned on registration; that should not be the case.

Only "Registration" was broken as it was checking for the wrong $reason. This was broken for fields and tabs alike.
