Implement facebook send dialog to invite friends
Description
Facebook implemented a "Send Dialog" API, which can be used to invite users to sites, share links, etc..
What it does is send a message to your friend(s) with the link pre-added.

To be implemented as a CB Menu link (optional), but will have a corresponding JS function so it can be added elsewhere if necessary.
