Extend custom substitution parameters futher (e.g. GJ Events) for notifications
Description
Add more extra substitutions in various locations where notifications are used. For example the Event location to GJ Events.

Implemented new getSubstitutionExtras functions which allows the notifications to contain many many many more substitutions. Example of events extra substitutions as follows.
