Seams to be working fine in all my tests. Please edit cbpasswordstrength.php and add cbimport( 'language.cbteamplugins' ); to the getFieldRow function and see if it's now working. I suspect language files aren't loading before the password strength plugin somehow. As I've so many projects install that already load language files I suspect this could be it.

Closing as non-issue. Could not confirm and have received no feedback regarding proposed possible fix.
