Backend conditional usage causes mass mailer to fail
Description
For some reason the backend conditional usage calls the mass mailer to fail. As if it's removing the email address, subject, body, or something of the sort. The parameter to disable backend validation is also ignored if conditionals are used in backend.

- Status changed from Assigned to Rejected
Was not able to confirm. Even when all fields were conditioned to hide and reset on backend.
