Description
Add backend parameter to various items (descriptions, wall posts, etc..) to enable/disable Joomla content plugin processing (disabled by default).

Overview, Panel, and Notification descriptions all confirmed working implementation of content bot processing. All are individual parameters enabled/disabled directly under their descriptions as configured in backend. All default disabled.

Added category and group descriptions support.
- Status changed from Assigned to Resolved
- % Done changed from 50 to 100
Added About, Wall, and Events content bot processing support. The others aren't needed as their descriptions are just tooltips.
