Verify field shows even if edit input is hidden

Description

When hiding a email field with verify emailed it causes the verify to still show even though the edit input it self doesn't exist. This can be seen when protecting an email field with CBSubs Fields Tabs Protection. Simple IF check to test for input HTML is all that is needed.
