Description

Too many menus, tooltips, etc.. are mouseovers. They should be click to open so are compatible on mobile devices and computers.

Implemented API for dropdown rendering. Both dropdowns and popovers require click to open now. Tooltops like the required icon are still mouseover as they don't contain significant information.
