Missing validation of parent category validation

Description

When creating a nested group the parent groups category needs to be checked to ensure it matches the nested groups category. I it does not then throw a validation error.

This is only a problem with the general new group page. It now will error with "Category does not match parent Category!" and prevent the storage.
