Description

Fields disabled by CB Conditional should be ignored, but is causing a redirect. Note only does this on required fields of course.

Is due to in some rare cases CB plugins not being loaded before progress field resulting in the fields not being processed by the appropriate trigger. Implemented loading of CB plugins before processing the fields to ensure they trigger will fire and fields will be removed/added as needed.
