Implement privacy control for Email Form
Description
If possible implement it so privacy set on the Email field also affects the Email Form. This would for example allow guests to email a user. If not try a separate configuration of some sort. Email form would also need to have a From field and other usages added to it to support all this.

Too large of an addition. Should be its own plugin. No triggers to alter the email form behavior so would need to be a new plugin designed to provide better email form usage.
