Implement unlimited field usage for VM2 action

Description
VM2 is limited to 10 fields. Now that unlimited usage is generalized implement it so you can have as many field syncs as you want.
- Status changed from Assigned to Resolved
- % Done changed from 0 to 100
This will cause a non-backwards change for the first field synced as the count will be null, 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc..
- Target version set to 5.0.0
- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
