Description
Implement authentication using GitHub accounts as it uses oAuth2.

Still needs button styling and a way to translate user id to username so profile linking can be used properly. This would be fine if Username couldn't be changed, but it can so it's not reliable for unique usage.

Unfortunately there is no method to translate User ID to Login. So the field to users profile will display just the user id instead of a URL to profile.
