Implement checking of CB Privacy in the access function for certain items. For example for CB ProfileBook check tab access to ensure the user has the tab even accessible to the viewing user.

New access check for profile field should also be added.

This should include CB Privacy and cache it if installed then make API calls where needed to check privacy.

Plugin and Tab access was already working (with CB Privacy support). Now with the new Field activity it also checks Field access (with CB Privacy support). Entire profile privacy works the same as userlists (only protects the individual fields if configured to do so).
