Implement individual field activity logging

Description
Add new field parameters like CB Privacy does for example that lets you enable activity logging on a field by field basis.
This should also have a global parameter to turn it off globally.
This is also independent from profile update activity. So you could use either/or or bother.

- % Done changed from 0 to 100
Implemented for the following fieldtypes: text, integer, textarea, select, multiselect, checkbox, emailaddress, webaddress, radio, multicheckbox, date, datetime, and editorta.
Passwords and image fields will not log at this time due to display problems (the old image is deleted when the new image is uploaded, so it's not possible to display a FROM and TO). Image fields will still say a profile image has been updated though. Passwords won't display for obvious reasons (hint: they're passwords!).
