Implement activity models

Description
Implement model files to handle activity, think CB Auto Actions except with activity. This should off load a lot of the ugly code to model based for easy extend-ability. Triggers should remain of course.

Only profilebook and profilegallery models remain. All others have been changed to model usage. New caching is also implemented, which has given a moderator speed boost.

- Status changed from Resolved to Closed
